Kickstart Cafe open

Transport World is excited to announce the opening of its newest venture - Kickstart Café - a fresh and welcoming space designed to bring people together with great food and quality coffee.

Located next to Classic Motorcycle Mecca in Invercargill, Kickstart Café builds on the success of The Grille, Transport World’s in-house cafe, known for good food and good times.

With a menu that’s both fresh and filling, Kickstart Café offers everything from vibrant salads to hearty toasties, alongside barista-made coffee and a relaxed atmosphere.

Transport World General Manager Courtney Russell says the new café is a natural next step.

“The Grille has become a firm favourite for locals and visitors alike, and we’re thrilled to expand our hospitality offering with Kickstart Café,” Courtney says.

“It’s a space designed for everyone - whether you’re grabbing a bite with the family, catching up with friends, or settling in with your laptop for a productive morning.”

Kickstart Café will feature a play area for kids, making it a go-to spot for families as well as a hot-desk set-up for those looking for a coffee and an easy-access location.

Located at 25 Tay Street and opening Tuesday, December 2, Kickstart Café is set to become a new hub for Invercargill locals, museum visitors, and anyone looking for a place to refuel - body and mind.
